Iam Ridlin L C , Holding Master Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and having experience of 9 years in SG & Gray Cast Iron Product Development. Iam a Professional Engineer specifically strong in Designing Gating System of Gray & Ductile Cast Iron Castings.
I have solid experience of Pattern & Core box Design in Hand Moulding Lines,FLL, Arpa Lines, DISA Flex 70, DISA Match 20" x 24", Sinto FBO 3 & Sinto FBO 4.
Material Grades worked with:
CAST IRON :
FG 200, FG 220, FG 250, FG 260 & FG 300.
DUCTILE IRON:
SG 400/12, SG 400/15, SG 400/18 LT, SG 450/12, SG 500/7, SG 600/3, SG 700/2.
